چکیده

The C spheres synthesized by a hydrothermal method were used as source, which was doped with LaFeO3 to obtain C-LaFeO3 composites different contents (5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%). effects of content on the structure, morphology, photoelectric properties investigated experimentally. results show that doping does not change crystal structure LaFeO3. proper amount improves photocatalytic electrochemical activities composites. However, excessive reduces Comparing contents, when is performance photodegrading methylene blue solution (MB) under visible light best, reaching an efficiency 97%. In addition, tests in 6 M KOH electrolyte demonstrate significantly redox reaction capacity, specific capacitance 15% (466.08) F/g) at current density 0.5 A/g about 2.5 times (180.10 F/g). Furthermore, EIS studies ion diffusion resistance electrode decreased, indicative good performance.
